Adding a banner to your website on Blogspot:

To add a banner to your website on Blogspot/blogger, when you first sign in, you should be taken to your Dashboard. Choose the website which you want to edit, (you can have more than one website for each account) and choose the option "Layout."

After clicking Layout, your page should look like this:

Choose the Edit option in the Header box.

A new window should appear. Just follow the instructions on there, and you should be fine. ^^
Note: You have to have a banner image before doing this. You can get one here.

Welcome to... Lickitung's Cookery Academy!

Lickitung is one of the Master Chef's in the Cooking Academy. As a present for coming here, Lickitung offers some recipes which you might like to try.

Level 1. Cherry Chocolate Caramel Cornflake Cookies

Ingredients:

90g (3oz) butter
1 cup brown sugar
4 and a half cups of Cornflakes
1 cup mixed nuts, roughly chopped (optional)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup desiccated coconut
90g (3oz) glace cherries, halved
90g (3oz) chocolate bits

Method:

Turn on the stove. Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stove. Turn off the heat, and add the sugar and mix thoroughly. Add egg, nuts, coconuts, cherries, chocolate bits, and cornflakes.

Mix well. As you mix, bash the cornflakes so that they're partly crushed.

Place heaped teaspoonfuls of the mix on a non-stick oven tray. The mixture won't stick together properly, but don't panic - just push it together with your fingers. The ingredients will stick together as they cook.

Bake at 170 degrees celcius (350 fahrenheit) for about 14 minutes. For the best flavour, take the cookies out just as any thin, spread out bits start to go dark brown.

Leave them on a tray for two minutes, then place on racks to cool.

Dual-Type Pokemon

A dual-type Pokemon is a Pokemon, that has more than one type, usually two.
(Example: Charizard; Fire and Flying type)

A dual type Pokemon gains more strengths, (Example: Fire is effective against Grass, and Flying is effective against Bug types)

But... A dual-type Pokemon also gains more weaknesses. (Example: Fire is weak against Water, and Flying is weak to Electric moves)

Use the knowledge you gained in the guide to hopefully, improve your team in any of the Pokemon games. ;D

PokeWish: Spring Breeze Style:

Spring Breeze style was the first layout ever for PokeWish. I really liked this layout's colour scheme. (Sky Blue and Green) I had this layout for nearly a month before PokeWish switched to Skitty Kitty style.

Kirby?

Okay, mybe some of you don't know who Kirby is... Well that's okay because Kirby isn't as popular as Pokemon, but Kirby and all the characters from the Kirby games are all special and unique, just like Pokemon are. Here is a list of some characters from the Kirby games.

Kirby:

Kirby is one of the main characters in the Kirby games. Kirby can take different formes by sucking in other enemies, and harnessing their abilities. Kirby enjoys eating. In Kirby Squeak Squad DS, Kirby's Strawberry Cake gets stolen by someone/something and Kirby pursuits the thief to try and get his cake back. ^^

King Dedede:

King Dedede is one of Kirby's main enemies. He tends to cause trouble for Dream Land (the Kirby universe) a lot of the time. In the Spring Breeze chapter in Kirby Super Star Ultra DS, King Dedede steals all the food in Dream Land causing Kirby to go and defeat King Dedede to win all the food back.

Waddle Dee:

Waddle Dee are fairly easy to beat in most of the Kirby games. Somtimes, they may be equipped with an umbrella/parasol. These type of Waddle Dee are called Parasol Waddle Dee. Waddle Dee consider themselves not followers of King Dedede, but in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, King Dedede's intro, has four Waddle Dee carrying him on his throne, and in one of his winning poses, he is accompanied by a Waddle Dee.

Waddle Doo:

Waddle Doo are nearly the same as Waddle Dee. The only difference, is that Waddle Doo only have one big eye, and two hairs on its head. They can fire beams from their eye to attack Kirby.

Grand Opening of PokeWish!

Hi there everyone!

Welcome to the Grand Opening of PokeWish!
This Pokemon, and Kirby themed site is owned by Kirbybird (me) and her staff, Wishjirachi and ShinyForretress. More pages will be made soon!

Also, credit to Wishjirachi for making the banner. This month, our site's theme is Spring Breeze. The layout is partially based on ShinyForretress's layout. If you'd like to visit his site, it is called Dusknoir's Spirit World, and is the second one under the Friends section on the Affiliates sidebar. The colours for the layout are Sky Blue, white, and various shades of green. The colours were chosen by Wishjirachi and me (Kirbybird).
